THERE IS NOTHING GOOD TO SAY. - Empire Today Flooring

I am so sickened at this whole situation. We had called to have an empire sales person come to the house. He came and gave us a higher than we expected quote, but assured us that we were getting good carpet and they would move our stuff, and that it was a bit more expensive because they order extra. We trusted him, so ok, we ordered the carpet.
First , the installers came and seemed irritated about moving anything. It turns out that they were actually very pleasent, they just messed pur carpet up. I left for work, and my husband was home while they finished the job. He called me and said he had been vaccuming over the seems all night and could not get them out. we were wondering why in a small hallway there were several, also one going into each room. Eventhough the carpet felt cheap, we only called to ask that the seems were fixed. I also asked that they send out a new guy to fix the issue.
A week later the same guys show up to "fix" the problem. While they weere able to cut the carpet in spots to try and blend the seems, there was one that apparently required a small carpet piece. The installer asked several times if we had a small peice of carpet. I kept telling him no. He said they left us a liitle square. When I told him no, he told me not to worry. They pulled the carpet up and stretcjed it and glued it down. It looks worse. Before he ;left hee told me not to worry, just to keep vaccumming over the seems in lots of directions, it will be fine.
That night when my husband got home, he told me the left with a big piece of carpet. It all made sense now, they used bits a pieces for our hallway instead of the carpet we had paid for, they took our carpet with them.
When i called the next day, i was put on hold and told that someone would be contacting me. No one has called since. Then a while ago, i was vaccuming the stairs and all the carpet started pooping up. I noyiced that going all the way up the carpet all the corners were peelinhg up, right down to the tac strips. Hopefully my kids don't get hurt. I again call. The man puts me on hold, and says, again, that someone will call me. I tell him all i want is them to come and get there carpet and give me my hard earned money back, he kinda chucked and said, they don;t do that. I googled the carpet we got, we were WAY overcharged and they installed the car[et all wrong, it looks awful, noty to mention they stole from us. The thing is, if they would've installed it correctly, we would have nver known they stole our carpet, or that we were way overcharged. I a,m sick over this, and will get a resolution. just save your time and money, go anywhere but here.
